By Road: If you are driving through Alaska with your own vehicle, an RV, or a rental car, you can take highway 3 between Anchorage and Fairbanks until you get to Healy. At Healy, turn East on the Healy Spur road until you get to the Healy Airport. Park your vehicle at the Fly Denali terminal and they will load you and your gear up and fly you in to the lodge on one of their authentic Alaskan bushplanes.
By Plane/Train : Fly in to either Anchorage or Fairbanks. Take the passenger train to Denali Park. Fly Denali has a shuttle that can take you to their terminal at the Healy airport where they will fly you in to the Lodge.
Custom Trip: For the advanced traveler, there is a trail that begins at the end of the Healy Spur road that follows Healy Creek, goes over Cody Pass, and follows the Wood River to the Lodge. This is a 33 mile trek. This journey can be made on foot, horseback, ATV, or snowmachine. If this kind of adventure suits you, please call for details and directions to the lodge.
Cabin Rates begin at $139/night
for each cabin. Each cabin has a bed configuration (see Cabins
) that suits different numbers of people. Cabin price includes a hearty back-country breakfast, a never-ending cookie jar, coffee, hot and iced tea. Lunches and Dinners are a flat all-inclusive price of $20 per meal per person. * Alcoholic beverages not included.
Discounts for stays of 7 days and again for 30 days. Children under 2 are free for flights and meals. Flights to and from the Lodge are $300/person each way or $600 for the whole plane of up to 5 people. Limit 50lb luggage per person. For large groups, we can look into booking the 9-seater Turbo Beaver.
Trail guides (if desired), Fat tire bikes & equipment, Canoe & equipment, gold pans, and other activities are all included in the cabin price. Bear spray, water bottles, first-aid items available upon request.
